how much does it cost approximately to get a fake tan?? do they come out good?
Anyone know anything about tanning?
well a tan is a tan. Durr the suns free...
Reply:well im from aus, it can cost from about 20-40 dollars for a fake tan depending on where you go. mine are 30 I think but occasionally they do deals if two people get it done together- sort of a half price thing. the colour is a really deep tan and looks very natural. before you go, make sure you exfoliate your entire body and shave your legs, armpits, etc as well. dont wear any makeup and no perfume or anything that will react with the tan. so basically go au natural! the tan takes about 7 hours to fully develop. in this time make sure you dont go for a shower or whatever or it will wash off. once it dries completely have a shower and the excess will come off and you'll be left with a natural looking tan. make sure you moisturise to prolong it as long as you can- if you do it well it can last up to 7 days.
Reply:I know that it causes skin cancer.
Reply:Not spray tans. They suck.
Tanning beds only work after a few times in there.
But it's not healthy for your skin.
And it's usually around 10 dollars.
Reply:No matter what everyone is saying about how bad fake tans are and you should get a real one, I would never advise; not unless you WANT skin cancer. Fake tans look good enough and cost $10-$30 depending on where you go. Honestly, though, why bother conforming to a society's ridiculous standards of beauty; it's much easier to just be yourself.
Reply:the only thing i know about tanning is that it is a process by which the skin of animals especially goats is cleaned and passed through some chemicals and then converted into leather...dats all!!!
