Would This Be a Safe Tanning Routine?

This is for the fall and winter only. I was thinking of going 1 time a week for 20 minutes, then once I get my tan I go about 1 time every 2-4 weeks for 20 minutes. Would this be considered okay?

Would This Be a Safe Tanning Routine?
there are NO safe tanning techniques
Reply:If you look anything like your avatar, why not go 2-3 times a week?
Reply:I feel is okie, just remember to apply SPF protection. And post tanning care.
Reply:depends on how fast you want skin cancer and leathery skin.
Reply:There are still risks of you getting cancer event if you only tan for a few minuets each week the only deference is its not as high I say go for it I would do the same.
Reply:that sounds good, but you know that it still isn't good for your skin, you can still get cancer from the tanning beds using them all the time.
Reply:There is no 'safe' way to tan.

All tanned skin is damaged skin.

But,

If you are going to go the damaged skin route then taking it slow like you are proposing is probably the best routine to follow. No one, however, starts out at 20 minutes. You have to build up to that.

If you don't want any skin damage, spray-ons or self-tanners are the only options. (I so have the feeling that this is not what you have in mind.)

Happy toasting!

And protect your eyes.
Reply:Yes, I think that would be perfect!!! That's what I was planning to do because 1. I dont want to harm my skin and 2. I dont want to end up like some girls I know (where they are naturally white white and then end up looking like a orange mexican)
