I would start off with the lighter spray and if it isn't dark enough go to the darker one.. also the Jergen's lotion that gradually turns your skin dark over time is really good stuff!

Reply:If you want to get tan, sprays are horrible. use moisturizing lotions or go outside and tan with hawian tropics dark tan lotion.
