Twice weekly will keep your base going.Do use accelerators when tanning and apply skin moisturizer daily.
Reply:tanning is icky. it gives you cancer
Reply:that fake tanning will kill your white blood cells slowly and increase your chances of cancer. big mistake if you ask me. want a tan? go to the beach
Reply:depends on your skin type, I don't burn and have olive color skin so I go three times a week after that to keep a nice deep color.
Reply:Once a week should keep it.
Reply:Depending on how dark you want to remain will be the gage. If you just want to remain a neutral color then once a week will do. If you want to keep the color consistent twice a week. If you want to get darker then three times a week.

I definitely suggest twice a week for maintenance.
Reply:I have to say of course they are not good for you, but 1-2x a week depending on the bed itself.
Reply:no once a week isnt enough, you have to go at least 2-3 days a week as opposed to the 5-6, you just cut it in half
Reply:I have found that my tans through a tanning salon fade fast, I don't know if it is because it doesnt penetrate and go as deep as a natural tan or what. You should probably go a minimum of 2 times a week to keep the tan. I would go about 3 times/week once I reached my desired tan.
Reply:o! don't start tanning. it's horrible for youl. you're chances of getting cancer are alarmingly increased every time you go, and also tanning wears out the skin, causes wrinkles, and can be just as addictive as smoking can. it also makes you look obviously fake. it's better to be real.
Reply:be careful about tanning. its proven that you are 40% more suseptable to skin cancer if you go often. try just spray tanning- no harm there
Reply:I warn you, the older you is going to curse the younger you. The older you is going to have leathery, wrinkled skin. The skin will be spotted and veiny. The older you is still going to care how she looks. I know you dont' think so now, but the older you is still going to be interested in sex and how men view her.

You are excited about getting a tan now... but you will REALLY regret it later. Skin cancer is NOT a nice way to go....
Reply:Never! Because Tanning beds will give you skin cancer!

They multiply the UV rays several times to that of the sun in comparrison. Get educated and stay alive!

UV Tanning Beds should be out-lawed because their results can cause people to die! This is a well proven fact.
Reply:Tanning is possibly the worst thing for your skin outside of holding your body over a roaring fire. Skin cancer is one of the most common kinds of cancer and unfortunetaly is the one found most common in young people, whether they tan or not. Your best bet to looking great and staying safe is to use a moisturizing spf that contains UVA and UVB protection, and has a tint everyday. (see link below). To maintain your tan I would also recommend using tinted moisturizers on a daily basis to build on your pre-existing tan. Dove, aveeno, and about 50 others all make such products.

Please also check out the skin cancer website as I cannot stress enough how dangerous tanning is.
Reply:Tanning is bad for you not only do you run the risk of getting skin cancer; it also ages your skin. You will have more wrinkles then you want at a younger age then you would if you did not tan. I know it's tempting because your skin looks attractive when it's tanned. Try using a good self tanning lotion. They have come a long way since the stinky orange colored ones of the past. St. Tropez is a good line. Good Luck.
Reply:Once you get the color you are happy with Go once a week to keep It up
