Can the tanning lotion from the tanning salon packets be making my face and lips itchy?
Most definitely, however the cause could be harder to find than you'd expect. If the lotion has a "tingle" factor this could cause the reaction. Depending on how long it last and if it leaves any tell tale red bumps then I would say it probably is not an allergic reaction. I would try to use different lotions or try tanning w/out one. After a few trys you should be able to track down why you are having these problems.
