What is the best thing to use when tanning?

i tan outside and it takes a long time. is there anything that i can use to speed it up? i can't stand people who pay to tan when its nice out when i you can just go outside. would baby oil do that much damage?

What is the best thing to use when tanning?
i use indoor tanning bed lotion with tingle in it, even when tanning outside, because it`s 100x better than that other stuff u buy at walmart or whatever!!!
Reply:I would suggest a spray on tan or find a lotion like Jergens tan that won't turn you orange. It will save your skin damage, prevent cancer, and slow down your aging.
Reply:I use it an it works really well... if you have really light skin and dont burn easily i would say use it .. but just remember don't over do it because if you lay too long with baby oil you can burn
Reply:No baby oil is not bad at all! And another good thing is something with carrot oil and something with a bronzer.
Reply:It is very, very easy to burn using baby oil. There are some "new" types of lotions on the market that are called "tingle" lotions because they make your skin feel funny when you put them on. The theory is that the blood rushes to your skin and this enables you to get a better tan. Many people swear by them.

I personally take a tanning pill, which is primarily the amino acid tyrosine. The opinions are varied on whether or not it works, but it seems to work great for me. You can order them online or just buy them at most health food stores.
