I use a spf 50 sunblock from Lancome on my face everyday... but recently i noticed that the skin on my face became darker. why is that? I thought sunblock was suppose to protect my skin from the sun. How do I keep my skin my getting tanned while using sunblock?
Does sunblock keep the skin from tanning?
Sunblock doesn't necessarily keep our skin from tanning. Some do, but most just keep the sun's UV rays from killing your skin. Perhaps the kind you use is meant to give off a little tanning effect or something. There's no other way to avoid tanning aside from covering up. I suggest wearing a cute hat or something. That's all I got for you. good luck! :}
Reply:sunblock blocks the uv rays that come from the sun.
Reply:no it helps u from burning
Reply:You do get tan even if you wear sunblock it just prevents you from getting sunburned.
