yea, i use the "eye" gear.
i dont use tanning lotion for the most part.
i like tanning oil alot better.
When you go tanning, do you have to wear the "eye" gear? And what about tanning lotion, can i live without it?
Eye gear protects sensitive eyes.
Lotion protects skin, as much as possible from the tough skin causing heat.
Reply:yes of course you have to wear eye gear
if you don't you will reck your eyes
umm i go without it and i still tan
its your choice but you can go without
it if you want to
Reply:Yes you have to wear the eye gear becuase it is UV light and it could make you go blind and you dont want that. And the tanninglotion thing no you dont have to but if you burn quickly i would reduce your time or just put on a little sunscreen. Otherwise go for any tanning lotion. Hope this helps
Reply:Whether you use lotion or oil is not that important; the important thing is the SPF factor, that is, how the tanning product screens out the ultraviolet rays. SPF 15 is the MINIMUM anyone should consider; SPF 30 is recommended. Later in life, exposure to the sun can cause more wrinkling of the skin at the least, and skin cancer at the worst! Sun worshipers DO pay the price.
Eyewear? Certainly good sunglasses are a must, with good uv ray (ultraviolet) protection. There is some evidence that excessive exposure to uv rays can cause early onset of opacification of the crystiline lens of the eye (i.e., cataracts).
Reply:Absolutely on the goggles..not an option..as far as lotion--I highly recommend it as it adds moisture and important vitamins back into the skin as well as will help you tan much faster--everyone should use indoor lotion..you can buy cheap bottles $20-$30 but the more you spend..the better the results and the tan..
Reply:I don't use eye protection or lotions.
