How do i tan in a tanning salon, i never went to one befor and i dont no wat to do when i go to the room....??

make sure u have the appropriate tanning bed lotion for your skin type %26amp; tanning goals...the staff can explain the benefits of the products they carry %26amp; help u choose one that is best suited for u...make sure that the salon supplies the appropriate eyewear...most do, however u may have to buy your own...when u go back to the cubicle, strip off to whatever you`re going to wear while tanning (panties, bikini, nude,,,i prefer nude, as u don`t have pesky tan lines then!)...apply your lotion %26amp; there will most likely be a switch inside the room that u need to push to start the bed (almost all beds are computer-controlled from the front desk, meaning they set the appropriate time on the tanning bed timer for u when u sign in)...most places allow u 5 min to get to your cubicle, get undressed %26amp; apply your lotion, %26amp; after that the bed will start automatically whether you`ve pushed the activation button or not...push the button, get in %26amp; close the canopy...u can relax while u tan, probably the salon will have a radio or some sort of speaker system for u to listen to music...don`t forget to flip over halfway thru your time, to insure even tanning!!! the bed will shut off automatically when your time is finished...don`t forget to moisturize with a good lotion after u shower, because hydrated skin tans faster, holds color better %26amp; lessens the development of wrinkles...also, exfoliate regularly to get rid of dead skin that can dull your color...enjoy %26amp; happy tanning!!!

Reply:Most places you go to show you what to do , but it generally is you remove your clothes, apply the lotion you have chosen and usually press a button to turn on the bed or it will automatically turn on ( they will tell you there ) , then you just get in and relax! :) Happy Tanning !
Reply:well the people that work there will probably tell you what to do and walk you into the room. when you first go in the salon they will ask for your last name and ask what type of bed you want to do and for how long. where i go, as soon as you go into the room there is a timer that is started by the lady at the front desk. it is set for 4 minutes and after 4 minutes the bed will automatically start. the 4 mins allow you to undress, put on lotion, etc. if you're done before the 4 mins then there should be a start button the the wall or bed or somewhere. just get in the bed and about half way through turn over. you can put your arms up so your arm pits get tan too if you want. it's really easy, dont worry. they should explain this to you.
Reply:If you've never been to a tanning salon before, the people who work there will walk you through the steps. Believe me thats what they did to me when I walked in there. lol have fun tanning! Ohh and if you go to Planet Beach I recommend using Denim and Diamonds tanning lotion because it has triple bronzer and cooling hemp. Also use a stand up because you can tan faster and dance in the booth with radio on. lol fun! haha
