Tanning Bed Problem? Top lights work but bottom lights wont come on?

My commercial 28 buld bed was working fine Friday night came in Saturday morning and the bottom wont light up but the top seems fine??? Whats the problem and how expensive is it to fix?

May be that the bottom is connected to the tob via a plug, perhaps this has come loose?
Reply:Because all the bottom bulbs quit at the same time,its probably a bad connection or a switch or relay problem. Est on repair is $100-$400.
